|
One of the problems that our society faces is the increase of old and handicapped people. But as they haven’t considered the web accessibility for the old and handicapped people, the digital divide has become more serious. The goal of this paper is to suggest the web document manufacturing method to improve the web accessibility. It may reduce the problem of digital divide and guarantee some particular people the web accessibility. So this paper analyzes the status of web accessibility improvement for particular groups of people in and outside Korea and suggests a new web documents manufacturing technique based on KWCAG 1.0(Korea Web Content Accessibility Guideline 1.0). It performed the performance estimation of the web accessibility improvement by comparing and analyzing the existing web sites that are established with the suggested method and the web sites of public institutes of Korea.
